Upon this earth there is converging three global calamities, already having begun, they will accelerate as they approach in time. These calamities are economic, ecologic, and social/political. These calamities endangering humanity itself as they grow, are possible and happening because for many decades our many leaders followed were dishonest and evil, or in denial and misled into preferred ignorance.
Do not look for small vagaries in global temperatures to discern global conditions, listen instead for your local weather man bewildered with expressions saying their equivalent of 'unusual'... certainly along with unusual prices at the grocery store. Consider it perhaps as gazing at the progression within an old silent movie acting out an elaborate death scene, a jump, a twist, a spasm, a grimace, a shocking gasp, all part of a myoclonic drama in extreme. It will be both cold and heat, drought and flood, nature and the elements befuddled reacting with extremes, it will be all of these as one expands upon the other.
When America fails, and extraordinary measures already established are begun, the true Christian church must go underground as in times past. America is the Babylon Whore of these times, it will fall of a sudden, the world will rejoice as a result. Get ready for the day of Jubilee.
The following are announcements taken from news and science journals
Visions of Coming Calamities
- LONDON - Raising the stakes in the global warming dispute with the United States and China, Britain issued a sweeping report Monday warning that the Earth faces a calamity on the scale of the world wars and the Great Depression unless urgent action is taken.
- Texas climatologist: Global temperatures “likely” to set a new record this year
Wednesday, March 20, 2013 Comment Comments(122) |Email E-mail|Print PrintThe Texas state climatologist — the top climate official in one of the most conservative states in the country — has predicted that this year probably will be the warmest on record.
“Global temperatures have been relatively flat for the past several years. Some people use that information to try to imply that global warming has stopped. But it turns out that the factors causing global warming are still there, it’s just that the El Niño-La Niña cycle has temporarily trended cooler and has partially masked the warming. In the tropical Pacific, there is actually fairly cold water just below the surface. With a La Niña event, that cold water is drawn all the way up to the surface, and interacts with the atmosphere and causes it to be cooler. If you leave the refrigerator door open, the room will be a little cooler. If my forecast is correct, and there’d no La Niña to hide the underlying warming trend, global surface temperatures are likely to increase and set a new record this year.”
- Is Fracking To Blame For Increase In Quakes In Oklahoma?
Until very recently, earthquakes in Oklahoma were unheard of. But this year, the state has seen more tremors than California. Why is that? It's a subject of debate. Some scientists point to the way the oil and gas industry disposes of wastewater, a byproduct of drilling and of the process called fracking. Earlier this month, a study published in the journal Science found what it called a clear link between wastewater wells and earthquakes. But many gas companies and state regulators disagree.
- An earth-shaking mystery in Texas
Something is causing a spate of small earthquakes in the Lone Star State and many locals think they know the culprit: the already controversial process of fracking.
FORTUNE In a small patch northwest of Fort Worth, Texas where the Barnett Shale set off the decade-long “fracking” boom that’s moved the U.S. closer to energy independence there is a surprising uprising brewing over drilling for natural gas.
Energy-friendly Texas is now dealing with earthquakes.
Since Nov. 1, more than 30 small temblors have struck the rural area around Azle (pop. 11,000), and many residents are blaming the quakes on underground disposal wells, used to get rid of wastewater generated during the fracking and production process. Drillers inject the salty wastewater into wells a mile or two deep.
- U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow issued a warning recently that the U.S. Government is on the verge of collapse
Greenspan and economists from both political parties warn that the nation's economy is at risk from these fast-approaching costs. If action isn't taken soon — when baby boomers are still working and contributing payroll taxes— the consequences may be catastrophic, some economists say.
- (Reuters) 5/22/2013 - Frogs, toads and salamanders have been in trouble for decades
But a new U.S. government study shows just how quickly many amphibians are disappearing from ponds and creeks across the United States.
The average rate of decline for U.S. amphibians is about 3.7 percent a year, which may sound small but compounds over time, scientists with the U.S. Geological Survey reported on Wednesday in the peer-reviewed online journal PLOS One.
Biologists recognized an international amphibian crisis in 1989, when scientists' compared their disparate tales of vanishing species in locations around the world.
A global assessment in 2004 suggested nearly one-third of the amphibians species in the world, and the United States specifically, were declining.
The new USGS study is the first to present detailed monitoring data on how various populations of U.S. frogs, toads and salamanders are faring in an analysis of nine years of information collected from 34 sites across 48 species.
The news is not good: Even the best-off species of U.S. amphibians have seen an average annual decline of 2.7 percent in the number of animals; those considered at highest risk have an average annual decline of 11.6 percent, which means that if declines continue on their current path, they would vanish in six years from half the patches they now occupy.
- Prolife Action League:
Underpopulation Is the Real Problem Posted by John Jansen (February 19, 2010 at 3:08 pm)
2.1 Kids=Stable Population. Population Research Institute has just released the second installment in its “Overpopulation Is a Myth” series— a slickly produced video that explains in easy-to-understand terms why underpopulation is the real looming demographic disaster.
In a presentation titled “Societal Suicide,” British demographer Andrew Pollard noted how the sudden drop in the birth rate that followed the introduction of the birth control pill caused, demographically speaking, a “virtual tsunami”—fewer female children growing up and giving birth to fewer children.
Pollard reported that America is beginning to look like dying Europe. He said a fertility rate of 2.1 is required to maintain a constant population, but only the states of Arizona and Utah are above that rate, and population has been falling in eighteen states, including New York. The only demographic trend that keeps the U. S. population growing is immigration and increased longevity. Abortion accounts for a portion of the falling population, but contraception and sterilization are the biggest culprits. Pollard praised the League for having the courage to bring this issue to the forefront. A major portion of US population are reaching end of life-age, a sudden drop of population should only increase the additional problem's this nation and world are now experiencing.
- Global Warming "Fix" Would Damage Ozone Layer, By Kelly Blake
An international team of scientists, including University of Maryland professor Ross Salawitch, says that a widely-discussed idea to offset global warming by injecting sulfate particles into the stratosphere would significantly damage the protective ozone layer that protects Earth from the sun's ultraviolet rays.
They warn that this artificial attempt to cool the planet could destroy between one-fourth and three-fourths of the ozone layer above the Arctic, delay the recovery of the Antarctic ozone hole by as much as 70 years, and cause ozone thinning in mid-latitude regions. The study, by Simone Tilmes of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), Salawitch and Rolf Müller of the German Research Center Jülich, appeared in the April 24 edition of Science Express, in advance of publication in Science.
- Monsanto Roundup Resistant Weeds Spread Through Midwest
(New disease resistant weeds endangering crops while food supply dwindling world wide. Farmer complains, "When we harvest this field, these waterhemp seeds will spread all over kingdom come.")
Here's the benefit of heavy-duty pesticides like Monsanto's Roundup, and GMOs like Monsanto's "Roundup Ready" corn, soy, and cotton seeds: in the short term, nothing's faster when it comes to separating crops from pesky weeds. But here's the cost: survival of the fittest. When those superweeds reproduce, one can't expect to knock them out with the same old pesticides everyone's grown accustomed to.
- January-2011, snow falls on three deserts, Sahara, Nambia, and Chile-Atacama, while other places around the world that generally get a heavy amount see very little snowfall. Snow in desert regions is not unusual, however as in the Sahara desert in 1979, it lasted just half an hour. Heading further south, snow does fall (on higher elevations), even close to the equator, but this years is a bit unusual.
- (Reuters) - A new superbug from India could spread around the world -- in part because of medical tourism -- and scientists say there are almost no drugs to treat it. Researchers said on Wednesday they had found a new gene called New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase, or NDM-1, in patients in South Asia and in Britain.
U.S. health officials said on Wednesday there had been three cases so far in the United States -- all from patients who received recent medical care in India, a country where people often travel in search of affordable healthcare. NDM-1 makes bacteria highly resistant to almost all antibiotics, including the most powerful class called carbapenems. Experts say there are no new drugs on the horizon to tackle it. "It's a specific mechanism. A gene that confers a type of resistance (to antibiotics)," Dr. Alexander Kallen of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta said in a telephone interview.
- October 28, 2009 - A researcher with Merck Pharmaceutical who helped develop the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines, Gardasil and Cervarix, has revealed that the controversial drugs will do little to reduce cervical cancer rates and may cause more illness than the disease they are intended to prevent.
Dr. Diane Harper, director of the Gynecologic Cancer Prevention Research Group at the University of Missouri, and lead researcher in the development of the two vaccines, made these remarks during an address at the 4th International Public Conference on Vaccination in Reston, Virginia on Oct. 2-4.
Dr. Harper has on several occasions warned that the vaccines were being "over-marketed" and the research on their potential side effects not properly carried out.
Dr. Harper told CBS News on August 19, 2009 that "young girls and their parents should receive more complete warnings before receiving the vaccine" and that a girl is more likely to die from an adverse reaction to Gardasil than from cervical

If you want to induce mental meltdown, the statistics of the worsening global water crisis are a surefire winner.
- CHANGING JET STREAMS MAY ALTER PATHS OF STORMS AND HURRICANES
The Earth's jet streams, the high-altitude bands of fast winds that strongly influence the paths of storms and other weather systems, are shifting – possibly in response to global warming. Scientists at the Carnegie Institution determined that over a 23-year span from 1979 to 2001 the jet streams in both hemispheres have risen in altitude and shifted toward the poles. The jet stream in the northern hemisphere has also weakened. These changes fit the predictions of global warming models and have implications for the frequency and intensity of future storms, including hurricanes.

Jet Stream Crosses Equator, Unprecedented?
The jet stream in the Northern Hemisphere has crossed the equator and joined up with the jet stream in the Southern Hemisphere. This is new behaviour, and indicates that climate system mayhem is ongoing.

Commercially and culturally vital, New York's shorelines, beaches and fisheries are in trouble.
Healthy, diverse ocean ecosystems are an important part of New York's coastal heritage and economic well-being. Yet these ocean systems are severely strained from pollution, destruction of productive marine habitat, and overfishing.
- Water 'more important than oil' businesses told
Looming water crisis could unravel world economy without radical action, investors told Juliette Jowit
Thursday 26 February 2009 13.34 EST
Dwindling water is one of our most critical resources – even more important than oil," says the report, published today. "The impact of water scarcity and declining water on businesses will be far-reaching. We've already seen decreases in companies' water allotments, more stringent regulations [and] higher costs for water."
Droughts "attributable in significant part to climate change" are already causing "acute water shortages" around the world, and pressure on supplies will increase with further global warming and a growing world population, says the report written by the US-based Pacific Institute.
- Lake Kinneret ‘Under the Weather,’ Water Level Dropping Tuesday, December 29th, 2015
Lake Kinneret is a little ‘under the weather’ these days, according to Israel’s Water Authority. The northern body of water which is Israel’s main source of drinking water is also known as the Sea of Galilee. It started this year “rainy season” with a head start but now is showing signs of heading into a drought level.
Israel’s Water Authority reported Tuesday that the lake’s water level has dropped four centimeters below the “lower red line,” and stands at 213.04 meters below sea level. “Kinneret water level declines at the end of December are unusual circumstances, occurring most recently only in 2008,” the Water Authority said in a statement.
- August, 2010 - Temperatures and Fires Devastate Russian Crops
Over 500 wild fires are raging across Russia, killing 50, leaving several thousand homeless, and devastating the country's agriculture. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin today banned exports of grain as drought and wildfire decimated crops across the country. Temperatures topped 100 F in a part of the world where the average summer temperature is around 75 degrees. Some 150,000 people, mostly volunteers, are fighting the blazes.
- As stocks run out and harvests fail, the world faces its worst crisis for 30 years
By Geoffrey Lean
Published: 03 September 2006
Food supplies are shrinking alarmingly around the globe, plunging the world into its greatest crisis for more than 30 years. New figures show that this year's harvest will fail to produce enough to feed everyone on Earth, for the sixth time in the past seven years. Humanity has so far managed by eating its way through stockpiles built up in better times - but these have now fallen below the danger level.

Bill Gates likes to talk a lot on population control, climate control and the endorsements of his Gates Foundation advancing his corporate interests and business strategies. This is his goal to help the poorest nations lead better lives, by vaccinating he will reduce the world population. This will avoid starvation for the rest of us and Bill Gates and it will reduce poverty.
At the TED technology conference Bill Gates released a bunch of live mosquitoes to go into the audience to show that not only the poor should get malaria. Another stunt for priming us for more vaccines. Just because malaria affects most of Africa is there any reason to vaccinate the rest of the world? Not really Bill.

Plastic Found in Nine Percent of 'Garbage Patch' Fishes:
Tens of Thousands of Tons of Debris Annually Ingested
Of the 141 fishes spanning 27 species dissected in the study, Davison and Asch found that 9.2 percent of the stomach contents of mid-water fishes contained plastic debris, primarily broken-down bits smaller than a human fingernail. The researchers say the majority of the stomach plastic pieces were so small their origin could not be determined.
"That is an underestimate of the true ingestion rate because a fish may regurgitate or pass a plastic item, or even die from eating it. We didn't measure those rates, so our nine percent figure is too low by an unknown amount," said Davison.
- Israel armed South Africa Apartheid government - including nuclear weapons
Secret South African documents reveal that Israel offered to sell nuclear warheads to the apartheid regime, providing the first official documentary evidence of the state's possession of nuclear weapons. The "top secret" minutes of meetings between senior officials from the two countries in 1975 show that South Africa's defence minister, PW Botha, asked for the warheads and Shimon Peres, then Israel's defence minister and now its president, responded by offering them "in three sizes". The two men also signed a broad-ranging agreement governing military ties between the two countries that included a clause declaring that "the very existence of this agreement" was to remain secret:
South Africa dismantled its nuclear weapons' program in 1989. All the bombs (six constructed and one under construction) were destroyed and South Africa acceded to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty when South African Ambassador to the United States Harry Schwarz signed the treaty in 1991. On 19 August 1994, after completing its inspection, the IAEA confirmed that one partially-completed and six fully-completed nuclear weapons had been dismantled. As a result, the IAEA was satisfied that South Africa's nuclear program had been converted to peaceful applications. Following this, South Africa joined the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) as a full member on 5 April 1995. South Africa played a leading role in the establishment of the African Nuclear Weapons Free Zone Treaty (the Treaty of Pelindaba) in 1996, becoming one of the first members in 1997. South Africa signed the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty in 1996 and ratified it in 1999.
- THIRD WORLD Countries Strangled by imposed Debt (IMF, World Bank):
Unfortunately, this aid will have little impact given that Honduras and Nicaragua must pay over 80 million dollars every five weeks to service their debt. (Jubilee 2000/USA Action Alert 11/12/98). And they are not alone.
More than 40 other developing (e.g. "Third World") countries owe billions of dollars to the United States, Europe and other foreign financiers on loans that they took out more than two decades ago. What's worse, in order to reschedule their payments, the vast majority of these nations have been coerced into participating in Structural Adjustment Programs (SAP's), negotiated through the World Bank and/or the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Though originally intended to stimulate growth and provide much needed development aid, structural adjustment programs, which typically include harsh austerity plans, are doing more harm than good in most of the regions where they have been implemented.

Is a general U.S. Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States. The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and is now under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provides Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances.
Garden Plot was last activated (as Noble Eagle) to provide military assistance to civil authorities following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States. The Pentagon also activated it to restore order during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots.
Under Homeland Security restructuring, it has been suggested that similar models be followed.
"Oversight of these homeland security missions should be provided by the National Guard Bureau based on the long-standing Garden Plot model in which National Guard units are trained and equipped to support civil authorities in crowd control and civil disturbance missions." - Plastic Water Bottles Leach Carcinogens
Medifast Health - by admin on January 24, 2010
One big health story in the news in recent months has focused on the dangers of BPA — bisphenol A, an estrogen-like chemical used in manufacturing plastics, including those in reusable plastic bottles. This spring a report from the US National Toxicology Program revealed that even low exposures to BPA produced alterations in the brains and behavior of rats, along with precancerous changes in the prostate and breast, and early puberty. Retailers Toys-R-Us and Wal-Mart reacted quickly, announcing a voluntary phase-out on the sale of baby bottles and cups containing BPA, and the FDA committed to review the safety of baby-feeding products using the chemical. These are great first steps, since developing brains are the most vulnerable — but BPA isn’t exactly healthy for adolescents and adults either. And in fact, the report affirmed the possibility that BPA might be associated with similar effects in older humans, saying it “cannot be dismissed.” With athletes, hikers and people all over our office carrying water bottles around all day, this is an issue that clearly needs to be addressed.
- BPA not only danger in plastic's, styrene is harmful to nervous system and a possible carcinogen.
Styrene is a chemical used to make several kinds of plastic. The ubiquitous foam coffee cup, found in office break rooms around the country, is made from polystyrene. Less known is plastic spoons and other cutlery, whether white or clear, are usually made of polystyrene. You can tell if your plastics are polystyrene by looking for a number 6 in the chasing-arrows triangle.
Another common plastic made with styrene is ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), used in bike helmets and other hard plastic sports equipment. A number of other lesser known plastics contain styrene.
Styrene may be added to food as a flavoring and has been detected in prepacked cookies, cakes, and doughnuts in a US Food and Drug Administration Diet Study of foods tested between September 1991 and October 2003. Styrene is also used in take-out containers and other food wrappers, as well as packaging materials, carpet backing, fiberglass, rubber, and automobile and boat parts. Styrene has a sweet smell that is noticeable when you use certain adhesives and resins.

Monsanto Tried to Block Austrian Government Funded Research Showing GE Corn Causes Infertility
Feeding mice with genetically modified corn developed by the US-based Monsanto Corporation led to lower fertility and body weight, according to the study conducted by the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna. Lead author of the study Professor Zentek said, there was a direct link between the decrease in fertility and the GM diet, and that mice fed with non-GE corn reproduced more efficiently.

- Type-A N1H1 (Swine Flue Vaccine) year-2009
Jane Burgermeister, an Austrian science journalist and investigative reporter has filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and high ranking U.S. officials and business executives. She alleges that officials conspired to use a virus – the H1N1 “swine flu” – that was engineered in a lab to create a flu pandemic in order to sell vaccines.
Interview: Science journalist files suit alleging H1N1 ‘swine flu’ a hoax to sell vaccines
One of the key points of Burgermeister’s suit is that the new strain of flu is a synthetic structural recombinant containing genes from birds, humans, and pigs from different continents. Burgermeister said it’s reasonable to assume it came out of a laboratory, specifically a bioweapons laboratory. “Mother Nature does not naturally recombine bird, swine and three human influenza viruses,” asserts Burgermeister. Further, some respected scientists who examined H1N1 say the virus contains strains of the 1918 Spanish Pandemic flu. That flu strain was reassembled by molecular pathologists at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C. and distributed to other agencies, the WHO and pharmaceutical companies around the world.
- Gas Escaping From Ocean Floor May Drive Global Warming
(Santa Barbara, Calif.) -- Gas escaping from the ocean floor may provide some answers to understanding historical global warming cycles and provide information on current climate changes, according to a team of scientists at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The findings are reported in the July 20 on-line version of the scientific journal, Global Biogeochemical Cycles.
Remarkable and unexpected support for this idea occurred when divers and scientists from UC Santa Barbara observed and videotaped a massive blowout of methane from the ocean floor. It happened in an area of gas and oil seepage coming out of small volcanoes in the ocean floor of the Santa Barbara channel –– called Shane Seep –– near an area known as the Coal Oil Point seep field. The blowout sounded like a freight train, according to the divers.
- A single gas well leak is California's biggest contributor to climate change January, 2016
The single biggest contributor to climate change in California is a blown-out natural gas well more than 8,700ft underground, state authorities and campaign groups said Monday.
The broken well at the Aliso Canyon natural gas storage site has released more than 77,000 metric tons of the powerful climate pollutant methane since the rupture was first detected on 23 October, according to a counter created by the Environmental Defense Fund. Methane is a fast-acting climate pollutant – more than 80 times more powerful than carbon dioxide over a 20-year time frame.
- Methane Trapped in Ocean Floor If Suddenly Released Could Destroy Life on Earth
Geologists have tied the rapid release of methane gas to the most extreme die-offs the earth has ever experienced.
There are enormous quantities of naturally occurring greenhouse gasses trapped in ice-like structures in the cold northern muds and at the bottom of the seas. These ices, called clathrates, contain 3,000 times as much methane as is in the atmosphere. Methane is more than 20 times as strong a greenhouse gas as carbon dioxide.
Now here's the scary part. A temperature increase of merely a few degrees would cause these gases to volatilize and "burp" into the atmosphere, which would further raise temperatures, which would release yet more methane, heating the Earth and seas further, and so on. There's 400 gigatons of methane locked in the frozen arctic tundra - enough to start this chain reaction - and the kind of warming the Arctic Council predicts is sufficient to melt the clathrates and release these greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
Once triggered, this cycle could result in runaway global warming the likes of which even the most pessimistic doomsayers aren't talking about.
An apocalyptic fantasy concocted by hysterical environmentalists? Unfortunately, no. Strong geologic evidence suggests something similar has happened at least twice before.
The most recent of these catastrophes occurred about 55 million years ago in what geologists call the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum (PETM), when methane burps caused rapid warming and massive die-offs, disrupting the climate for more than 100,000 years.
The granddaddy of these catastrophes occurred 251 million years ago, at the end of the Permian period, when a series of methane burps came close to wiping out all life on Earth.
More than 94 percent of the marine species present in the fossil record disappeared suddenly as oxygen levels plummeted and life teetered on the verge of extinction. Over the ensuing 500,000 years, a few species struggled to gain a foothold in the hostile environment. It took 20 million to 30 million years for even rudimentary coral reefs to re-establish themselves and for forests to regrow. In some areas, it took more than 100 million years for ecosystems to reach their former healthy diversity.
- Oceans Becoming Acidic Ten Times Faster Than Thought
Helen Scales for National Geographic News, November 24, 2008
Increasing levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere may make Earth's oceans more acidic faster than previously thought—unbalancing ecosystems in the process, a new study says. Since 2000, scientists have measured the acidity of seawater around Tatoosh Island off the coast of Washington state. The acidity increased ten times quicker than climate models predicted.
Acid Threat (November 2007) Growing Ocean Acidity May Erode Coastal Ecosystems (May 22, 2008).
No Pristine Oceans Left, New Map Shows (February 14, 2008). The research also revealed the corrosive effect of acidic oceans could trigger a dramatic shift in coastal species and jeopardize shellfish stocks. "The increase in acidity we saw during our study was about the same magnitude as we expect over the course of the next century," said study co-author Timothy Wootton, a marine biologist from the University of Chicago. "This raises a warning flag that the oceans may be changing faster than people think," he said. Increased carbon dioxide emissions from human activities have led to a 30 percent rise in ocean acidity in the past 200 years.

The Run on Ammunition
Shortly before the presidential election the dam broke as far as U.S. gun and ammunition sales are concerned. I believe it is a reaction by the general public because of two main reasons. Number one, the political environment which results from the attitudes about gun control in the majority of Congress and the president himself. They are anti-gun. Number two, the current financial crisis in the U.S. has added to the frenzy, causing again the general public to want some sort of personal protection. Just in case they need it.

- According to the New York Times, the Pentagon and intelligence agencies are finally confronting the weighty challenges ahead and the threat to U.S. national security, presented by the deadly effects of the global warming of our planet from greenhouse gas emissions.
New reports sound the alarm on the impact global warming would have, on already strained military resources, in dealing with massive flooding, surging seas, drought, deadly storms, food shortages and worldwide political unrest, as the effects of increasing global warming take its toll on the environment.
- Pentagon Missing $2.3 Trillion Rumsfeld Exposed 9/10/2001
September 10th 2001 Secretary of Defense of the USA declared war on the Pentagon bureaucracy over an alleged $2.3 trillion in unaccounted for funds on expenses, the next day 9/11 happened and the previous day's headlines were over-shadowed by the start of the Bush administration's modern-day crusade the 'War on Terror' supported by the mythical 'Coalition of the Willing' in search of 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' and 'Taliban fighters' the $2.3 trillion was later quietly 'found' to have just been a computer error... truth is stranger than fiction, especially when truth (is) fiction, and fiction (is) truth.
- North American Union, and AMERO Currency:
The North American Union is a supranational organization, modeled on the European Union, that will soon fuse Canada, the United States, and Mexico into a single economic and political unit. The details are still being worked out by the countries' leaders, but the NAU's central governing body will have the power to nullify the laws of its member states. Goods and people will flow among the three countries unimpeded, aided by a network of continent-girdling superhighways. The US and Canadian dollars, along with the peso, will be phased out and replaced by a common North American currency called the amero.
- India, China and other's dumping US dollar and buy Euro
Bala Vaddi, Special Correspondent, November 27, 2004
The India, China and other countries have started dumping US Dollar quietly and buying Euro. That put a very serious pressure on US Dollar. Chinese and Indian central bank officials denied such reports. But Foreign exchange traders say they are quite convinced of Indian and Chinese moves. According some traders, there are many other countries specially oil rich Middle Eastern countries running away from dollar.
- Is China quietly dumping US Treasuries?
By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, Last Updated: 12:25am BST 06/09/2007
A sharp drop in foreign holdings of US Treasury bonds over the last five weeks has raised concerns that China is quietly withdrawing its funds from the United States, leaving the dollar increasingly vulnerable.
- Mercenaries Contracted to Train City Police Depts:
There are many police and law enforcement officials who are concerned with the growing trend of using military-trained mercenaries to train and work with local police officers in the United States.
For example, Kentucky's Lexington Police Department contracted private Mercenary Army Blackwater Security International to provide what's described as homeland security training. Meanwhile that city's Mayor Jim Newberry and its chief of police Anthony Beatty refused free training provided by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement federal program that prepares police officers to enforce immigration and border security as part of their duties.
Lexington is on the nation's list of so-called Sanctuary Cities in which police officers are prohibited from working with ICE or Border Patrol agents in the United States. Critics are angry over the use of local tax dollars to hire Blackwater personnel to train the police.
While they are working in Louisiana, Blackwater officials say they are on contract with the Department of Homeland Security and have been given the authority to use lethal force if necessary. Some of the mercenaries assigned to patrol the streets of New Orleans recently returned from Iraq, where they provided personal security details for the former head of the US occupation, L. Paul Bremer, and the former US ambassador to Iraq, John Negroponte.
- Gangs Spreading In The Military
On July 3, 2005, Sgt. Johnson went to a park not far from his base in Germany to be initiated into the 'Gangster Disciples,' a notorious Chicago-based street gang. He was beaten by eight other soldiers in a "jump-in" - an initiation rite common to many gangs.
- Amero, North American Union, Debut of the 'amero'
By Judi McLeod , Thursday, December 14, 2006
The People's Republic of China, long lauded by America's enemies as the world's next economic power, will be the country that will force the creation of the `North American Union' (NAU).
Kofi Annan's former pointman, Canadian Maurice Strong, has been boasting from Chinese soil that China soon would be replacing America as economic king, using the jingo that's the official language at Turtle Bay.
The billions of dollars China has invested in the flagging American economy will be worthless. They will have to negotiate the exchange rate to the new amero. This will then force the creation of the North American Union.
- Diversity of amphibious life and coral reef's endangered June 2009
Within one generation, diving on coral reefs could be a very rare holiday opportunity. The first comprehensive review of tropical coral species reveals that over one-quarter reef-building coral species already face extinction.
This means corals join frogs and toads as the most threatened group of animal species on the planet. There are 845 known species of corals that build reefs and live in symbiosis with algae. Not enough is known about 141 of these to determine how threatened they are. But of the 704 remaining species, scientists say 32.8% are at risk of extinction.
In 1998, a world-wide coral bleaching triggered by unusually warm seas irreversibly destroyed 16% of the coral reef area worldwide. Coral reefs are home to 25% of all fish species, and as many as 2 million species of animals and plants. In this sense, they are the tropical rainforests of the oceans and the 1998 bleaching event can be compared to irreversibly wiping out 240 million hectares of forest - equivalent to half of the Amazon. "If this happened in terrestrial ecosystems we would all be shouting from the treetops," says Rogers. "And yet, it has now completely passed out of public memory."
- SAN FRANCISCO, California (Reuters) -- An asteroid may come uncomfortably close to Earth in 2036 and the United Nations should assume responsibility for a space mission to deflect it, a group of astronauts, engineers and scientists said on Saturday.
- Lympahtic Cancers Increase Sharply in Women
An epidemic rise in one under-publicized category of cancers should
sound an alarm for all Americans.
Between 1980-2005 there was a 2095% increase of lymphatic cancer in women. There is a powerful link to the dramatic surge in lymphatic cancer: the 1994 approval of the genetically engineered bovine growth hormone (rbGH). Before 1995, lymphatic cancers were comparatively rare.
- Many Girls Now Begin Puberty at Age 7, 8 - By Jenifer Goodwin
MONDAY, Aug. 9 (HealthDay News) -- The onset of puberty is continuing to drop among American girls, with many girls as young as 7 and 8 now showing the beginnings of breast development, new research shows.Rising rates of childhood obesity -- long linked to earlier sexual development -- may be to blame, experts say (Insert- if hormonal overuse in food-animals and foor products are ignored- this same problem was found in Haiti where staple-food chickens were given hormone to fatten the stock). In the study, more than 1,200 girls ages 6 to 8 from Cincinnati, East Harlem, N.Y. and San Francisco were examined on two occasions between 2004 and 2006 by two different female pediatricians or nurse practitioners who felt for the presence of breast tissue. "We wanted to be careful not to mistake fatty deposits for actual breast tissue," explained study author Dr. Frank Biro, director of adolescent medicine at Cincinnati's Children's Hospital. Among 7-year-olds, about 10.4 percent of white girls, 23.4 percent of black girls and almost 15 percent of Hispanic girls had started developing breasts, the team report in the September issue of Pediatrics. Among 8-year-olds, 18.3 percent of white girls, about 43 percent of black girls and just under 31 percent of Hispanic girls showed evidence of breast development.
- CDC: Diabetes Cases Will Triple by 2050
Greatly increasing a prediction made just three years ago, the CDC now predicts 48.3 million Americans will have diabetes by 2050.
- Wars and Rumors of War
There are still more than three dozen major conflicts (those with over 1,000 casualties, both military and civilian) raging in the world. The increase is most noticeable in Asia, where Indonesia is riven by internal strife and groups of Islamic militants are active against the governments of the Cental Asian republics that emerged after the demise of the Soviet Union. Overall, the increase in major wars worldwide was quite sharp.
- Disappearing Bee's
The New York Times and other major media sources have recently published scary articles about a catastrophe in the making, about a disaster that will soon have a direct impact on our collective stomachs. In 24 states throughout the country, beekeepers are getting the shock of their lives seeing hundreds of millions of their bees literally disappearing. Beekeepers go out to open their hives and find them empty. Bees are flying off in search of pollen and nectar and simply not returning to their homes, they vanish without a trace. Researchers say the bees are dying in the fields, perhaps becoming exhausted or simply disoriented and eventually falling victim to the cold. Researchers have labeled this affliction “colony collapse disorder.”
- U.S. and Canada Agree to Share Militaries Across Borders in Domestic Emergencies
OTTAWA - Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other's borders during an emergency.
An Agreement was recently signed by the US and Canadian Armed Forces. It allows for the movement of both armies across the border for domestic disputes. No Okay from Congress for the Move. It wasn’t announced by the Canadian Government and Received little Press coverage.
- Oil Future and Oil War Now:
A Grim Earth-Sciences Point of View Amos Nur, Stanford University, California.
Worldwide, per-capita oil consumption is closely correlated with the standard of living. In developing nations like China and India, increasing prosperity will require increased per-capita oil consumption, since there are no immediately viable substitutes for petroleum as a dominant energy source. The natural distribution of oil reserves is extremely heterogeneous, as is the current rate of consumption, with consumption and production bearing little geographic relationship to one another. Since oil is a finite natural resource, global production is about to begin an irreversible decline. The growing demand for oil will most likely lead to growing global conflicts, of which the Gulf War, the 9/11 attack, and the current war in Iraq are just the first three skirmishes. These conflicts pale in comparison to the potential conflict over oil with China.
- Static Population Growth and Fertility
To achieve ‘zero growth’, that is, a static population that is neither growing nor declining, every woman should produce 2.1 children. In the Third World (e.g., Mali, where 1 child in 5 dies under 5 years) the replacement rate has to be higher.
Today, in developed countries the situation can be described as catastrophic. In Italy in 1998 the female fertility rate was a mere 1.19. The Wall Street Journal called the Italian crisis ‘apocalyptic’. In Spain, the situation is even worse: the average is 1.18 children per woman. In the United Kingdom and France the rate is around 1.75. Not too bad? Better than Spain and Italy (not to mention Greece and Germany). Nonetheless the next generation will be 20 per cent down on the present one. Spain and Italy will be 40 per cent down. But does ‘less worse’ mean ‘all right’?
The European Union as a whole has a 1.4 child/woman rate. Do we really think that the EU has a bright future?
Now look beyond Europe. Canada’s rate is 1.6 (Quebec’s much worse). Even the US has only 2.0 and this largely because of Hispanic immigration. And on the other side of the Pacific is Japan, ‘desperate for a baby-boom’, and China, where the law restricts each family to one child per woman - with enforced abortion and sterilisation and female infanticide resulting in a society which has some 120 boys for every 100 girls. So much for women’s liberation. And what will this lead to - polyandry (women having several husbands), sex wars?
- Between the Pacific and Western Europe lies enormous Russia - which is shrinking because of a female fertility rate of a mere 1.3 (in 1997)
- Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and President Vladimir Putin attend the opening ceremony of the Year of the Family in Moscow's Kremlin, Dec. 24, 2007.
Putin began his natalist campaign in 2008, declaring it the "Year of the Family.” There were billboards and placards encouraging people to have children. A park in Moscow debuted special benches designed to gently slide couples closer together, all the better for canoodling. July 8 was designated “Family, Love, and Fidelity Day,” a new holiday created to encourage family formation. This was the third holiday Russia had created for such a purpose: In 2007, Sept. 12 was named “Family Contact Day,” a day on which workers were given time off and encouraged to, like, totally do it. Women having babies nine months later, on “Give Birth to a Patriot on Russia Day,” won fabulous prizes ranging from TVs to an SUV.
- US Training of Foreign Military Forces
The United States government trains approximately 100,000 foreign police and soldiers from more than 150 countries each year. One of the purported benefits of this training is that it instills respect for human rights and democratic institutions. Yet the vast majority of US training courses do not include specific instruction in the human rights or humanitarian law obligations that soldiers must obey. Unfortunately, many of the government forces the US has trained have poor human rights records.
In the past Pentagon Ft Benning, Georgia "School of the Americas" trained South American militaries/paramilitaries are documented as involved in Death Squad and Caravan of Death killing of innocent civilians. In the South Americas this Ft Benning operation is correctly called the "School of Assassins."

In summary, then, the cosmic factors of the EMS (Earth-Moon-Sun) system are creating changes in the location and motion of the spin axis sufficiently to force a major new trend in the shape shifting of the Earth’s crust in the tropical zones. This shape shifting is pulsed in the frequency of the 6.5 year X Wave and it has directly induced a huge increase (possibly a fourfold increase) in the release of the Earth’s interior heat into the bottoms of the oceans during the past 50 years, most especially in the Pacific. Accordingly, then, the X Wave is causing El Nino and the progressively accelerating drift or shift in the location of the pole is inducing the release of a steadily increasing amount of heat with each El Nino, thusly increasing the severity of each cycle while accumulating as the trend which has come to be known as global warming.
- Overuse of Drugs in Food Chain
Lawmakers Move Against Over-use of Antibiotics on Farms
As more and more scientific authorities conclude that feeding antibiotics to livestock is promoting drug resistance among bacteria that attack humans, Congress has begun to take notice.
Antibiotic Overuse Fuels Drug Resistance
Antibiotics kill bacteria, not viruses. That simple fact is one of the most important points to remember in halting the growing problem of antibiotic resistance.
Since antibiotics first became widely used in the World War II era, they have saved countless lives and eased the serious complications of many feared diseases and infections. After more than 50 years of widespread use, however, many antibiotics no longer perform as they once did. Instead, extensive use of antibiotics has been promoting the spread of antibiotic resistance.
- Can excessive - multiple vaccine's damage the immune system Vaccines & Immune Response
Without going into too much detail, our bodies have a TH1 immune response and a TH2 immune response. Vaccines stimulate the TH2 response in the body. This is more like an “emergency immune response.”
By having an immune system that is trained to respond with a TH2 response (which is inflammatory in nature), you then weaken your TH1 response (which is responsible for fighting viruses, parasites and cancer cells).
So in essence, it’s like we are trading childhood diseases like chicken pox for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
Retired neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock has reviewed the research on autism and vaccinations. He says that the most compelling work has found that repeatedly stimulating the immune system primes immune cells in the central nervous system. Subsequent vaccinations then cause intense reaction in these cells and inflammatory responses in the central nervous system. This affects the development of neuronal pathways in a growing child’s brain and can even lead to degeneration of existing brain structure.
- United Nations Taking over US Parks © 1999 Discerning the Times Digest and NewsBytes
This past year the United Nations (UN), at the request of the Clinton administration, called for the establishment of buffer zones around several national parks in the United States (U.S.). Since that time several dozen parks, forests and other reserves have been included in the plan. The plan uses the 1972 World Heritage Treaty (WH) and the Man and the Biosphere Program (MAB) to justify the need for the buffers around U.S. parks.
While the WH Treaty was ratified by the U.S. Senate in 1972, ostensibly to protect the "cultural and natural heritage" of sites and areas, the MAB program was created the same year through memoranda of understandings by federal agencies, not Congress. The MAB attempts "to achieve a sustainable balance between the conservation of biological diversity and economic development."
- Environmental Protection Agency will list Bisphenol 'chemical of concern' 30 Mar 2010
The Environmental Protection Agency announced Monday that it is formally listing Bisphenol A -- a [deadly] chemical found widely in consumer goods -- as a "chemical of concern." The chemical is added to plastics to harden them. It is so widespread that 90 percent of Americans show traces of it in their urine.
In recent years, studies have linked BPA to heart disease and cancer in humans, and to abnormal development in animals.
- Chinese Dust in California
A new Chinese export has been spreading quietly across Asia and the United States: dust.
Violent sandstorms from China’s expanding deserts have been battering numerous Chinese cities, and now their mustard-colored dust has begun reaching South Korea, Japan and the west coast of North America.
“People dusting off their cars in California or Calgary often don’t realize the sand has come all the way from China,” says Lester Brown, president of the Earth Policy Institute (EPI) in Washington D.C., who was in Beijing recently. “There is a dustbowl developing in China that represents the largest conversion of productive land to desert of any place in the world … and it’s affecting the world.”
- Acidification of Worlds Oceans
Industrial and auto pollution could turn Earth's oceans so acidic by the end of this century that the entire marine world will be threatened, a new report warns. The study, issued today by the Royal Society in the U.K., documents the rise of carbon dioxide, or C02, which occurs naturally and is also emitted in the burning of fossil fuels like coal and gasoline. "If CO2 from human activities continues to rise, the oceans will become so acidic by 2100 it could threaten marine life in ways we can't anticipate," said Ken Caldeira, co-author of the report. "This report should sound the alarm bells around the world," said Chris Field, director of the Carnegie Department of Global Ecology. "It provides compelling evidence for the need for a thorough understanding of the implications of ocean acidification. It also strengthens the case for rapid progress on reducing CO2 emissions."
- Calm Portion of Pacific Ocean Accumulating Mans Garbage of floating plastics, ect.
Because of the stability of this gentle maelstrom, the largest uniform climatic feature on earth is also an accumulator of the debris of civilization. Anything that floats, no matter where it comes from on the north Pacific Rim or ocean, ends up here, sometimes after drifting around the periphery for twelve years or more.
For the last fifty-odd years, every piece of plastic that has made it from our shores to the Pacific Ocean, has been breaking down and accumulating in the central Pacific gyre. Oceanographers like Curtis Ebbesmeyer, the world’s leading flotsam expert, refer to it as the great Pacific Garbage Patch. The problem is that it is not a patch, it’s the size of a continent, and it’s filling up with floating plastic waste. My research has documented six pounds of plastic for every pound of plankton in this area. My latest 3-month round trip research voyage just completed in Santa Barbara this week, (our departure was covered by SBNP) got closer to the center of the Garbage Patch than before and found levels of plastic fragments that were far higher for hundreds of miles.
- Global warming may be behind increase in insects and disease-carrying animals.
Rising global temperatures may be helping to spark a population boom in insects and disease-carrying animals, creating unexpected threats to human populations, a number of scientific reports say.
American medical entomologist and Asian Tiger mosquito expert, George Craig agrees, reporting that in a global warming world "tropical diseases are going to move northward, there's no doubt about it."
- Special Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change
Extreme weather and climate events, interacting with exposed and vulnerable human and natural systems, can lead to disasters. This Special Report explores the challenge of understanding and managing the risks of climate extremes to advance climate change adaptation. Weather- and climate-related disasters have social as well as physical dimensions. As a result, changes in the frequency and severity of the physical events affect disaster risk, but so do the spatially diverse and temporally dynamic patterns of exposure and vulnerability. Some types of extreme weather and climate events have increased in frequency or magnitude, but populations and assets at risk have
also increased, with consequences for disaster risk. Opportunities for managing risks of weather- and climate-related disasters exist or can be developed at any scale, local to international. Some strategies for effectively managing.

- Civil Unrest in America
Zbigniew Brzezinski, former National Security Advisor and early supporter of Barack Obama's presidential campaign, has warned that civil unrest on American soil is a possibility that should not be dismissed. Brzezinski explains that "[the United States is] going to have millions and millions of unemployed, people really facing dire straits. And we’re going to be having that for some period of time before things hopefully improve. And at the same time there is public awareness of this extraordinary wealth that was transferred to a few individuals at levels without historical precedent in America..." Brzezinski concludes with this noteworthy remark "...hell, there could be even riots".
- RETREATING GLACIERS SPUR ALASKAN EARTHQUAKES
In a new study, NASA and United States Geological Survey (USGS) scientists found that retreating glaciers in southern Alaska may be opening the way for future earthquakes.
The study examined the likelihood of increased earthquake activity in southern Alaska as a result of rapidly melting glaciers. As glaciers melt they lighten the load on the Earth's crust. Tectonic plates, that are mobile pieces of the Earth's crust, can then move more freely. The study appears in the July issue of the Journal of Global and Planetary Change.

Wednesday, May 14, 2003 Posted: 10:29 PM EDT (0229 GMT)
(CNN) -- A new global study concludes that 90 percent of all large fishes have disappeared from the world's oceans in the past half century, the devastating result of industrial fishing.
The study, which took 10 years to complete and was published in the international journal Nature this week, paints a grim picture of the Earth's current populations of such species as sharks, swordfish, tuna and marlin.
- Biological Invasions:
Economic and Environmental Costs of Alien Plant, Animal, and Microbe Species (CRC Press, 2002) won't want to tarry too long. An estimated 50,000 "exotics" are causing tens of billions of dollars in harm each year in the United States, according to the new book, and more are on the way. And they're not arriving via spaceships, but in the thousands of aircraft and sea-going ships in everyday commerce, the authors observe.
- Ozone Layer
The worry that we have is that in contrast with early years ... we have seen extremely low levels (of ozone),” said Paul Newman of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. “This has given us concern as to why this is happening. How well do we understand the processes that are leading to these low levels?”
Though the levels of some ozone-damaging pollutants have declined, extremely low temperatures in the upper atmosphere increased ozone loss above the North Pole from November 1999 through March 2000, the researchers said at the fall meeting of the American Geophysical Union.
Compared with previous years, levels of ozone decreased up to 55 percent at an altitude of about 12 miles from Dec. 1, 1999 to March 15, 2000. Later studies showed a decrease of more than 60 percent through April.
- Pentagon Bio-Chem laboratories
The U.S. Army has suspended research with deadly agents and toxins at the military's top germ warfare lab, which came under intense scrutiny after the FBI identified it as the source of the anthrax used in the 2001 "Amerithrax" attacks that killed five, injured 17 and kept the nation on knife-edge for weeks.
The suspension, announced internally last week at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), was attributed to concerns about whether the facility had an accurate inventory of all the deadly "select agents" in its freezers and refrigerators. Select agents are the most dangerous and tightly regulated biological substances used in research, including anthrax, Yersinia pestis (plague) and the Ebola and Marburg viruses.
The FBI last year contended that Bruce Ivins, who worked on anthrax vaccines at USAMRIID's labs in Ft. Detrick, Md., engineered the 2001 attacks. Ivins, who had become emotionally troubled, committed suicide before the government could try to prove its theory in court. As we reported in a three-part series in December Last week's suspension of much of the germ-warfare research at the military's top bio-defense laboratory is just the latest in safety problems at bio-defense facilities , many WMD experts are worried that the $20 billion the federal government has spent on bio-defense research in the past seven years might actually have put the nation at even greater risk of a bioterrorism attack because the spending has spawned a proliferation of labs and scientists working with "select agents." around the country attributed to lax security.

Americans managed to spend more than they earned in 2005, figures show. SPECIAL REPORT
Manage Alerts | What Is This? (CNN) -- The national savings rate for Americans is at its lowest point since the Great Depression, yet 78 million Americans will retire in the next 20 years.
These statistics cast doubt on the ability of Americans to plan for the long term and whether Americans consider long-term planning important, experts say.
- Gap Between Rich and Poor Widening in Troubled Economy by Leigh Strope
WASHINGTON — Over two decades, the income gap has steadily increased between the richest Americans, who own homes and stocks and got big tax breaks, and those at the middle and bottom of the pay scale, whose paychecks buy less.
New government data also show that Bush's tax cuts have shifted the overall tax burden to the middle class from the wealthiest Americans.
The growing disparity is even more pronounced in this recovering economy. Wages are stagnant, and the middle class is shouldering a larger tax burden. Prices for health care, housing, tuition, gas and food have soared.
- MKULTRA Brain Washing (Operation Monarch)
PROJECT MONARCH ALPHA, BETA PROGRAMMED VICTIM/ SURVIVOR IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
1. Victim majority is female (71%).
2. Victims are Multiple Personality Disordered (100%).
3. Victims/survivors have (or are) participated in commercially and privately produced/sold legal and illegal pornography. (100%) interviewed). This pornography is often the "underground variety" of bestiality, child/adult, child/child, adult/infant, sado-masochistic, satanic/occult films and videos, magazines, and still photographs.
4. Older victims were frequently tattooed for easy identification with a "so-called" Blue or other colored MONARCH butterfly. This practice became more or less obsolete in the early 1970's and was replaced by the victim wearing butterfly hair barrettes, large butterfly ear rings, pins, necklaces, bracelets, or embroidered insignias to "advertise" their art of expertise to knowledgeable abusers. This rule applies to 100% of the victims interviewed.
5. ALL MONARCH survivors were victims of brutal sexual child abuse. Programmed survivors have been found to be multi- generational incest victims whose genealogy can be traced to either Catholicism, Mormonism, and/or members of US Intelligence Communities.
6. Many victims are frequently determined to have been the natural or adopted children of multi-generational Satanist or in some cases "renegade witchcraft" occult groups.
7. Survivors once in therapy are always adjusted to possess homicidal and/or suicidal ideations which only recently has been determined to be as a result of sophisticated trauma base psychological programming.
8. Victims almost always possess multiple electric prod (stun gun) scars and/or the resultant moles in the muscled areas of the back, arms, neck and thighs. Some victims are also (in addition to) vaginally mutilated through "body piercing" (rings placed in nipples, vaginal lips, or clitoris) or through actually elaborated carving the vaginal area. Also, scars from branding irons or knives throughout the body will depict pentagrams, animals, crosses, even certain cartoon characters. There is also a group that "forces" moles through electric shock and/or chemical application to the neck and face to further identify to abusers the victim's training/programming.
- In year 2009 two (2) anomalies in events exceeded probabilities concerning the same Pharmaceutical Corporation called Baxter.
The first anomaly was that 1-year before the A-sub type Swine Flu was diagnosed beginning in Mexico, the year before Baxter had applied for and gotten a patent on what the following years was specificlly addressed for and used as Swine Flu Novel A-sub type Swine Flu vaccine.
The second anomaly concerned a batch of vaccine shipped by a Australian Baxter lab to 18-nations that turned out to be the live Pandemic H5N1 Bird Flu, caught only by chance when a lab tested it first on animals to find that all animals died. They immediately contacted the world community that evidently saved many lives. The War-Making Power: Congress vs. the President
Although constitutionally, the Congress has the power to declare war, throughout U.S. history, the President has usurped this power. Cases such as the Mexican War, the French Naval war, and the China Relief Insurrection before World War I are all instances when the President took the initiative in entering a war without an official declaration by Congress. In the case of both World Wars, presidential policies prior to the wars left little choice to Congress. The article examines the U.S.’s involvement in the Korean War and the Formosan Resolution. In the future, the President must be careful not to overstep his authority, and Congress must be willing to take responsibility for the power that is constitutionally theirs.
ABC News’ John R. Parkinson (@JRPabcDC) reports:
Reps. Dennis Kucinich and Walter Jones continued their bipartisan quest to end the U.S. military’s participation in the conflict in Libya, filing a lawsuit Tuesday in federal court against President Obama to “challenge the commitment of the United States to war in Libya absent the required constitutional legal authority (Congressional Declaration of War).
God has given me two visions in the past eight years that have changed my life and ministry. In these two visions, He has shown me events to come that will affect the lives of every man, woman and child in this nation, … as well as throughout the world.
Jesus said to me, “..My people need to be informed and prepared for the difficult times ahead,…I want My people to not only be informed, but to seriously and diligently devote themselves to the building up their faith and to seeking My guidance in every detail of their lives,… Some of the things which I have shown you have already come to pass, and it has taken some time for even these things to occur. In the same manner, the rest of the vision will come to pass, but it will take time for it to occur. I will bring all of the things which I have shown you to pass in THIS generation. … By My Spirit, I have shown you things to come that My people might be prepared. I want My people to be one step ahead of everything that will occur. … Tell My people that I will provide protection in danger, food in famine and faith in persecution. I will be true to My words and My Covenant with them. I will keep them in the coming difficult times and My hand shall be upon them in special ways, but they must do their part to seek Me and to cooperate with My Spirit by diligently nourishing themselves with My Word, building up their faith and seeking My guidance in every detail of their lives.”
